
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has alleged that the Supreme Court possibly will interfere and question commands on human rights infringement."The lawyers struggle is for a noble cause and it will continue and will be successful," addressing Faisalabad district bar Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry said.
"The organs of the state cannot function properly unless there is separation of powers as enshrined in the constitution," he said. "You have struggled for the supremacy of the constitution and the rule of law for the past three months and you should remain united and shun your petty differences for this greater cause," the chief justice told lawyers.
